Customization Options
1. Artwork Options
- Single-Sided Artwork (Included in Base Price): Full-color print on Side A (audio side);
- Double-Sided Artwork (+$50 Add-On): Full-color custom image printed on both Side A and non-playable Side B (perfect for display, showcase pieces, or artwork-heavy releases).
2. Track Configuration & Gap Fees
- Single Track / Continuous Audio (Included in Base Price): Submit 1 single audio file (or multiple songs pre-stitched into 1 continuous master file).
- Multiple Track Gaps (+$10 per track gap): Select if submitting separate audio files requiring visible, silent track divisions cut into the vinyl. Fee covers manual lathe recalibration, indexing, and precision gap cutting.
Audio Submission Guidelines & Tips for The Best Quality
- File Formats: Submit 24-bit or 16-bit WAV/AIFF/MP3 files for optimal clarity.
- Stereo Audio: Ensure phase coherence in your stereo image (low frequencies/bass recommended in mono below 150 Hz to ensure stable needle tracking).
- Save on Fees: To avoid the $10 per-gap setup charge, combine your tracks into a single continuous master audio file before uploading!

- What You Can Upload: Personal voice messages, original music/audio created by you, and your own original, non-copyrighted photos or artwork.
- What Is Not Allowed: Any copyrighted songs, commercial audio tracks, trademarked logos, or copyrighted images.
- Refund Policy: Orders identified as using unauthorized or pirated content will be canceled immediately and are not eligible for a refund.
