How It Works

- Mail: Put down an address, and we’ll help you send your sound through the post!

Submission for Customisation:
- All orders require a minimum turnaround time of 7 days. Local (Singapore) delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Please note that failure to submit your image and recording on time may result in delays in postage.
- Audio Length: Due to the physical limitations of the postcard size, a maximum of 2 minutes is allowed.
- Audio/Image Rights & Piracy: Only voice recordings are allowed. Copyrighted music and images are not allowed. We will not issue a refund to customers who are found or suspected of engaging in piracy.
- Medium: Please understand this is a physical record that requires a turntable (record player) to play.
